This is a job opening at a facility for people with disabilities. The facility provides care for individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities. The interview will be held on-site at the facility (Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture). A tour of the facility will also be conducted at that time.

The application requirements are as follows↓ ・Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N4 ・Holders of the Skilled Worker Certification (Caregiving) ・Those expected to complete Type 2 Technical Intern Training (Caregiving)
Working Hours
Shift system (Early shift: 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. / Late shift: 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. / Night shift: 10:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.)
Expected Salary（varies by company）
[Base Salary] 170,000 yen [Allowances] 5,000 yen (Wage Improvement Allowance) *In addition to this allowance, a night shift allowance will be paid. [Taxes] Approximately 3,550 yen (income tax and resident tax) [Social Insurance Premiums, etc.] Approximately 24,424 yen (health insurance, employees’ pension insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and unemployment insurance) 【Housing Expenses】 Actual costs 【Utilities】 Actual costs 【Other Deductions】 1,000 yen (Social Club Fee) Total Gross Pay: Approx. 175,000 yen Take-Home Pay: Approx. 146,026 yen *Bonuses available (based on performance)
